Voice Coil Stage INV Series 

The INV Series combines DINGS' voice coil motor drive technology with INNOTRO's precision stage design to deliver both high-speed responsiveness and repeatability in a precision linear motion stage. Developed through approximately one year of technical collaboration following a joint MOU in 2024, it is a co-engineered product — not off-the-shelf component integration — designed around real-world application requirements with a focus on structure, performance, and scalability.

Its Low Friction, Direct Drive design eliminates commutation and enables fine, smooth motion with exceptional precision. A 0.1 μm resolution incremental encoder is standard, with an absolute encoder available as an option — making the INV Series an optimized solution for semiconductor, electronics, FPD, bio/medical, and telecommunications industries.
